Dr. Carla A. Helwig – B.Sc., D.C.
Dr. Carla Helwig graduated, with honours, and as class valedictorian from Palmer College of Chiropractic West, in San Jose, CA in 2000. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with distinction, from the University of Alberta.
Following graduation from Chiropractic school, she and her husband opened a practice in West Edmonton, where they operated a chiropractic and massage therapy practice for over 12 years. Later, Dr. Carla embraced the opportunity to reduce her practice to part-time as a chiropractor, to care for her two boys, Tristan and Sawyer.
Outside the Office
Dr. Carla is passionate about the importance of living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She embraces physical well-being and outside of The Chiropractors at Commerce Place is an active participant in skiing, swimming, tennis and yoga, to name a few.
